I believe every food has value, whether it’s nutrient-dense or calorie-dense, and learning to understand this can help remove the guilt and confusion often associated with eating.
Everyone eats, so everyone deserves their own personal dietitian.

This 12-week coaching program is designed to offer guidance, structure, and ongoing support every step of the way.
We begin with a 90-minute initial consultation to identify your focus area, address barriers, and create a personalized roadmap with small, achievable steps.
You’ll receive weekly or biweekly written check-ins, plus access to 12 weeks of menus featuring three meals per week, complete with recipes, grocery lists, and practical nutrition education. These menus serve as both an easy fallback when cooking feels overwhelming and a source of inspiration.
The program also includes two additional 60-minute one-on-one sessions during the 12 weeks, along with email support between sessions (24-hour response time).
