As a dietitian, my job is not just to educate. My job is also to listen, to validate, and to support. As someone who values the principles of behavior change, my approach is not just about teaching you. It is also about helping you find what will actually work for you, and being in your corner ready to give guidance when needed.
This 12-week coaching program is designed to support you in making changes to improve your health. We begin with a 90-minute initial consultation to identify your focus area, address barriers, and create a personalized roadmap with small, achievable steps.
You’ll receive weekly or biweekly written check-ins, plus access to 12 weeks of menus featuring three meals per week, complete with recipes, grocery lists, and practical nutrition education. These menus serve as both an easy fallback when cooking feels overwhelming and a source of inspiration.
The program also includes two additional 60-minute one-on-one sessions during the 12 weeks, along with email support between sessions (24-hour response time).
You don’t have to navigate your health journey alone. This program offers guidance, structure, and ongoing support every step of the way.
Eating healthy is NOT the end-all solution. I know you’re like whaaat?
Look I, too, was convinced that if I just ate healthy foods, I would be OK. No diseases can touch me. I am immune.
What is healthy food? Yes, vegetables and fruits. However, the conflicting information on the internet creates more confusion and has you questioning yourself, what is really going to help me?
What we know: Foods high in saturated fat (even in red meats), simple sugars (think candy), and sodium eaten in large portions over a long period of time will have negative effects on your body and will most likely contribute to a chronic disease diagnosis.
The complexity and what a lot of folks miss: how you combine your foods matter, how much of specific foods (fiber-rich foods) in your overall diet matter, how often you eat specific foods matter, and how are the other areas in your life besides diet matter (movement, sleep quality, rest, and stress management). This is a big one.
So you see eating healthy is not the end-all solution.
Can you work on creating healthy changes all by yourself? For some folks, yes. You can read the books, take the webinar, and start creating change.
Yet, many of us struggle to create change because creating change in an area you are not familiar with and/or doing things alone is just difficult. There is no shame in admitting that.
